Changes the rotation angle of selected text objects.

Usage
1. Select Objects
Select the target objects.
2. Specify Base Point
Specify the base point for the angle. Use the Angle (A) option to switch to direct angle input.
3a. Specify Second Point
Specify the second point to define the angle.
3b. Input Angle
Specify the angle as a numeric value. The angle is relative to the current UCS orientation.
